Electronic Slimming Belts
Most slimming belts are an electronic belt which sends electrical currents through your muscles to make them do a "work out". They are meant to tone and help break up fat in areas it can collect.
Most belts offer preset programmes designed to provide the most efficient way of slimming, and come with a remote control should you want to alter the speed or intensity of the slimming belt.
Non Electronic Slimming Belts
Other slimming belts are not electronic, they are generally made of thick stretched cloth which is strapped tightly around the waist and are designed to increase the sweating principle in the waist (the abdomen and sides) helping decrease the fatness in the area.
Some of the slimming belts also come with a thin plastic sheeting on the inside of the slimming belt to increase the sweating effect to a greater degree.
The non electronic slimming belts work in the same way as slimming pants.
